January is notoriously a month of detoxing and cleansing our bodies of all everything we put them through over Christmas from weeks of drinking, late nights, and over eating, and to start the New Year with a new start. Look at your diet. Yes, I know it isn’t that exciting but a few simple changes will work wonders in adjusting how you feel on the inside and look on the out.
