They suggested a DIY face massage using some serum over your neck and face using gentle, upward strokes. Use the flat of your fingers to sweep in a diagonal motion from the base of your neck up to your jaw line, the from the forehead down and around the eye socket. Finish by gentle sweep the palms around and up the cheeks and use the pinks to sweep around the eye-socket, nose and
mouth.
Get some exercise. A simple walk around the park a couple of weeks will leave you looking younger as well as feeling revived.
Spa at home. Winter is mostly spent swaddled in winter clothes and baking in central heating, which slows down cell renewal and is the reason for winter greyness. Time spent once a fortnight in your bathroom will leave you looking bright and dewy in no time at all. Start by scrubbing your body with a scrub to slough off dead skin, enjoy some time in a warm (not hot to avoid broken capilliaries) bath and finish with a slather of a rich, rejuvenating body oil.
Look at your diet. Yes, I know it isn’t that exciting but a few simple changes will work wonders in adjusting how you feel on the inside and look on the out. Drink plenty of water and make sure to get a real boost of good fats (olive and fish oils in particular). If you’re struggling a good supplement, like fatty acids and antioxidants will really help,
